Our topic for Term 1 and 2 is

FULL STEAM AHEAD!

We will begin bylooking at life in Victorian Britain, including the Industrial Revolution. If you have any books or items you think will interest us, please bring them into school.

Ongoing homework:

1. Reading. At least 20 minutes a day and recording this in your reading record. Remember this can be reading a book, something online and could be to yourself or someone else.

2. Mental maths. Look at your Maths Zone page, or do some maths in your head, help add up the shopping or weigh some ingredients, get someone to fire times tables or sums at you and see how quickly you can solve them.
